"Chronicles of the Timeless Monarch" is a potent spell that channels the authority and wisdom of ancient monarchs, bestowing upon you a commanding presence and an insight into leadership and strategy.


Spell Effects:


Royal Command: Upon casting, your voice carries the weight of centuries of rulership. For the duration, you have advantage on all Charisma (Persuasion) and Charisma (Intimidation) checks when dealing with others, as your words resonate with the authority of ancient kings and queens.
Monarch's Insight: You gain a deep understanding of hierarchical structures, allowing you to quickly discern the power dynamics and key figures in any organization or group you encounter. You may as an action spend a round studying a group of people within range and gain a bonus equal to your spellcasting attack bonus to all Charisma skill checks regarding anyone in that group.
Decree of the Ancients: As an action, you can issue a command imbued with the power of the Timeless Monarch. Each creature of your choice that can hear you within range must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or follow your command for the next round, as long as the command does not lead to direct self-harm. Use of this ablity precludes them gaining any hostility towards you for its use.
Dynastic Vision: Once during the spell's duration, you can focus on a particular goal or plan. The spell grants you a vision of how a great ruler of the past would have approached the situation, offering strategic advice or a course of action. If the goal or plan takes place as a downtime activity you gain +3 to the first skill check required or may take 13 on one roll.


At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the range of your Royal Command and Decree of the Ancients increases by 10 feet, the duration of the spell increases by 10 minutes, and you gain one additional use of Dynastic Vision for each slot level above 4th.
