Casting Time: 1 reaction, which you take when you or a creature within 30 feet of you is targeted by an attack, spell, or harmful effect

Components: V, S, M (a small silver shield and a vial of holy water)
Duration: 1d4+1 rounds

Invoking the divine protection of their deity, a Cleric can cast this spell to shield themselves or an ally:

Divine Bulwark: The target gains a +5 bonus to AC and advantage on saving throws against the triggering attack or effect. Additionally, the target becomes resistant to damage from spells for the duration that they also share with any allies within 10 feet of them via a Protective Aura.

Radiant Retribution: If the target is hit by an attack or harmful effect, radiant energy bursts forth. The attacker, if within 30 feet, must make a Constitution saving throw or take 2d8 radiant damage and be Dazed until the end of their next turn.

Blessing of Preservation: If the attack or effect would reduce the target to 0 hit points, the target instead drops to 1 hit point and becomes immune to all damage until the start of your next turn.

Cleansing Light: When casting this spell, you can also end one condition affecting the target, choosing from blinded, cursed, deafened, paralyzed, or poisoned.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, the radius of Divine Bulwark's protective aura increases by 10 feet, and the AC bonus it provides increases by +1, and Radiant Retribution's damage increases by 2d6 for each slot level above 6th.
