Talent: Dodge

Dodging is the catch all ability for getting out of the way of danger and other potentially hazardous situations. Dodge can include evasion of both projectiles and hand-held weapons. It can be aided with technology such as combat power-suits, riot shields, and other defensive powers, but a dodge roll can never cause damage to another character. When seeking cover, a split dice pool may be required between rolling Perception + Dodge to find cover, and then rolling Dexterity + (remaining) Dodge in order to successfully reach the covered area.

Ability Level:

 
0 Abysmal: Deer in the headlights. So far you've been getting by on a "pray they miss" strategy.
1 Novice: You at least have the good sense to drop to the ground when someone yells "hit the deck"
2 Practiced: You are able to find cover in stressful situations, and in the open people have a tough time landing punches.
3 Competent: Evading throwing weapons has become pretty routine for you, and you watch the eyes of others to know where the next punch will come from.
4 Expert: Usually it takes someone with military training or dirty tactics to get the jump on you and land a good blow.
5 Master: Your ability to duck out of the way of danger is legendary, and rumors are probably circulating about you having a deal with the Devil.

Athletes, Military Personnel, Police, Thugs, Assassins, Boxers, Martial Artists, Special Forces, Mole and Void Gangrel.
Sample Specialties  Finding Cover, Sidestepping, Drop and Run, Momentum Deflection.   Players may choose a specialty at level 4 and gain a second specialty at level 5.
