Fusion

A Changeling Artificer may use their own Glamour to forge Dream Ore into fantastical shapes that no human artificer could create. Do you want a silver sword with two beefy forearms? Do you want a car with a functional mouth and tongue for its front grill? Fusion allows for the forging of truly fantastic (or absolutely horrifying) Chimera Artifacts. This power allows a Changeling artificer to create one object up 5 pounds in weight and up to two meters in length. To make larger or heaver items they must use fusion multiple times to fabricate their project in parts. Keep in mind that Fusion does not create animated Chimera. Fusion creations may have moving or mechanical parts, but they will always need an operator in order to move and function. Furthermore, truly powerful or useful Fused Chimera (like a fire-breathing dragon truck) may also require a steady stream of Glamour as an energy source to keep them operating. Because this power creates chimerical objects, a normal mortal must become enchanted to see a creation made by the fusion power.

System

Cost: (1 Glamour Trait).   Range: A changeling must keep their hands on the Fusion object while they are creating it.   Special: If the fused object is deemed dangerous or highly useful by the storyteller, the Changeling may have to provide points of Glamour to fuel the creation once it is finished. A good rule of thumb for this is that vehicles, magical weapons, etc. require a power source.   Roll: Intelligence + Hyper Technology.   Base Difficulty: 6.   Damage: N/A (This power cannot be used to cause direct damage to a target).   Prerequisites: None.

Chimerical Powers

Chimerical Cantrips affect the realm of the Dreaming. They are effective against Fae, other Changelings, and Chimera, but they cannot be easily used against mortals or supernatural creatures dwelling in the Prime Reality Plane. Before a Changeling can use a Chimerical Cantrip on a mortal, the target must become enchanted first. A human that is naturally sleeping and dreaming is considered self-enchanted and as their mind is visiting the realm of the Active Dreaming.
