Born Alexander of Skotha, his larcenous and devil-may-care nature led him into a life of mercenary adventurism at a young age.
When Joetta was falsely accused of slaying her father, the king of Skotha, Alexander stayed loyal to her and she gave him a financial start in securing a ship and a crew. He spent the next few years as a corsair and pirate disrupting sea trade to Skotha to harass Jeldon's lines of supply
Success came and he has grown his career to become almost legitimate. As the merchant Sikander he is now a known figure in Telek Tarim with six vessels under his banner working to conduct high value trade and keep the sea lanes safe (from him) - for a price.
