Cando

Cando is the youngest of the cousins at the age of 13. He is still a teen and as such hasn’t gotten into the concept of stealing real wealth. As such, he is a local bully who steals candies from babies and those younger than him. Gando has done his best to steer him the correct way, but the other cousins usually influence him poorly. Of course, the other cousins never bring Cando on real jobs, he’s too young and they worry he’ll get hurt. Lando is his favorite cousin as he is the only person who plays wall ball with him, as most of the other cousins find it boring.
