Qualifications
Need to study the religious text and philosophy, must have served as a Temple priest, Raptor or tax collector at least 10 years, come up to the rank of cardinal.
Requirements
For a cardinal to become Pope, he/she need to be elected by the other cardinals. Majority vote wins.
Appointment
Pray and fasting 12 hours before the installation. Later on, greased with olive oil.
Duties
Oversees the church's interests.

Same thing as the Emperor.

He/she is next to the emperor in rank, basically the highest noble house with no right to the crown. Sits in the Noble Council as either the hand of the Emperor or one of the closest to the hand of the Emperor. One of the Emperors most trusted advisor as representant of the people in whole.

History
The first pope founded the Eronium church shortly after the replacement of emperor Ankis Valar since the gods came down from heaven and showed themselves. According to the Book of Dale the God of power, Reyge, personly replaced Ankis from his throne and extracted the Bolt of reign from his chest.
