History

Since the elves first came to Eldercrest there has been a conflict between the Elves and the humans. But from time to time some elves and humans do meet, often the humans get arrested by the elves, and eventually, they individually understand that they are not so different. Humans choosing to stay voluntarily often marries an elf counterpart. And that is how Half-elven first came to be.
