The Uskarans conspiracy

This conspiracy started on Nucrana by the Uska republic during the Lafliuton civil war. It was spread to the populace through representatives of the government. The hope was to stir the people of Nucrana up to war against Efren while also funding the war on Lafliuton. The conspiracy that they started was: The kingdoms of Zakido, Slirene and Aeqular had discovered an ancient relic weapon from the Uskarans Kingdom. The three kingdoms were working together to keep it for them selves. To use this weapon to take over the Uska republic first then the kingdoms of Lafliuton.
There are different versions of this conspiracy. One variant is that it was only the kingdoms of Zakido and Slirene that knew of the device.
Others have it with either Zakido, or Slirene had it and was planning to take over everything.
After the Lafliuton civil war ended and the betrayal of Uska republic to its people and the kingdoms of Efren the conspiracy changed. Some of this change was due to the fact that Efren up and decided to isolate.
So the original conspiracy stayed but more came about. Now it was said that the device wasn’t a device but a scroll that had ancient attack spells that couldn’t be blocked or detected until too late. Or that it was a building that held mountains of treasures. That all the kingdoms of Efren decided to isolate to figure out these weapons and improve them. Or to keep the treasures to themselves.
These conspiracies do hold some truth but not all. The kingdom of Zakido found many ruined buildings in their land of the Uskarans. With in those buildings there were many different murals on the walls. In Slirene a farmer found in an cave on his land scrolls written in the Uska language. Historians from both Slirene and Zakido found a huge intact library on an island that had been protected and hidden. The contents of the library are still being gone through. The kingdom of Aeqular found the remains of a huge grand building with many murals and precious gems and stones placed in it. They also found evidence of deeper rooms below but have done explored it yet.
