This is a beast of an article, holy crap! Well done. Some fascinatingly terrifying stuff here. The revelation that the Painted Men are using them is particularly chilling. Yikes! I think that I understood most of what I read, haha. Pretty mind-bending stuff. I like that it's tied to how much a person believes, which is an interesting paradox for those who so stringently don't believe in magic. Really great article - I'm seriously impressed!
