Cel Cilem

Originally a Farming world for The Collective in the local system, Cel Cilem has had a harried life. Cel Cilem was luckily found in a system near a major trade route between the Coreworlds and Outworlds. This saw a major boon in growth and population as the natural world became a major tourist attraction. This, combined with a rich asteroid belt and a few other farmworlds in the Cel system made this a strategic point of interest against raiders and Siren's Tears cult.   Alas, none of the plans and plots regarding Cel mattered as The Collapse decimated society completely. With The Collapse and the subsequent implosion of civilization, the world has returned to is't natural state; unmarred by the peoples that struggle to survive on it. Nobody knows what caused the Collapse or how or even why, but it doesn't matter much anymore. Except the Collapse Event forced a fundamental change in reality.   This change in reality has had considerable effect on both the world and the things that live on it. Once timid wildlife have transformed into massive powerful beasts that fight amongst each other over territory. Even the people who live on Cel Cilem have changed. Weak psionic powers have grown exponentially in all, and abilities of the mind can now affect the world around them.
