Leon Kelley
Leon is one of Cecily's newest button men, a baby mafiosi. He's in possession of a lot more weapons than he is sense, and tends to make less than ideal judgement calls when left to his own devices.
Leon was born somewhere in the American South, and held on to a lot of that charm in his new life in Boston.
He sold a handgun to Beatrice Bates and was subsequently disciplined for it, and reminded not to let a pretty face cloud his judgement. Later, he's assigned to work with Jacob Weaver, a junior prohibition agent that Cecily has paid off and occasionally does work on the side with. Leon doesn't know it yet, but he's going to fall in love with Jacob, and it's going to be a Whole Thing.
