Staff of the Harvest King - staff

This staff was held by the highest member of the Order of Imperial Agriculture, a powerful magical society of the Cavalieath Empire.  It is told that this staff will reveal rare arcane truths to its bearer if exposed to the light of the summer solstice while smeared in the blood of another elf, human, or dwarf.  
While wielding the staff, the bearer is filled with a sense of complete contentment, often believing things will work out for the best and being optimistic about the future and their actions.
