Signet Ring of the Low Priest - ring

This ring, made from pure gold smelted by dragonfire was a symbol of holy office among the cult of Tovadasis, the great Red Wyrm.  Bearers of this symbol were "low priests" or holy assassins of the Wyrm.  Wearing this soft gold ring imbues the bearer with the ability to speak and understand draconic, however, given its maker and its creation, wearer's of these rings were often corrupted by the same lust for material wealth and "hordes" as their master was, often becoming obsessed.
