Rock Gnomes

Rock gnome communities often hail from the hilly and rocky regions near Decarim, and since the Void Collapse have managed to become a sizable presence of the Decarim population proper.
Rock gnomes are naturally curious and often bright, though sometimes pushing common sense aside to test ideas.  Many older Rock Gnome communities still utilize anitech in their villages and towns, and basic knowledge of engineering and anitech machinery is something most Rock Gnomes have a passing familiarity with.
