Orhegga Phanx Cloak

This cloak was made for a member of the 100 member Ochregnome company, the Orhegga Phanx.  This company was charged with defending Step-Gold-God during its first march against the Imperial Necrowave.  An inherently anitech device meant to protect the wearer both from the slings and arrows of the necromantic slaves as well as the various magics brought to bear by the Imperial Domimages.
It is a platinum/gold sheen of cloth that feels like fine spun copper thread, and when held each individual strand can be seen contracting and relaxing as the cloak prepares to defend its wearer.  Given the innate noise produced by Step-Gold-God, these cloaks have a small stator built into the collar, that when fired can amplify the voice of the wearer to be heard several hundred feet away.
This cloak uses stators to operate is protective weave matrix, and thus must be powered in order to provide protection.  In addition, the wearer can expend a charge of the cloak's soul orb to reduce incoming damage as if the cloak was anitech armor.  A single source of damage can only be reduced in this way once, however.
