Manual of the Uprising - book

This grimoire is ancient, likely dating back to the Drogonstall Empire. The construction is human, and a little crude, but it hums with arcane power. While the binding and cover is constructed out of bone, the actual bone used appears to be human. The tome was likley made by slaves in a vain effort to overthrow their captors. All along the inside cover are runes carved to Anlil, ancient and forgotten.
