Imperial War Collar - necklace

The ornate necklace is of imperial origin, with light platinum links that form a tight chokehold upon the wearer in order to protect them with their magics. These were commonly given to Imperial Centurions and the like, so that they would not fall when leading men and slaves against forces known for dishonorable tactics and war crimes, like Ochregnomes and Grave Dwarves.
While made of platinum, this necklace floats on water and other liquids, and its buoyancy is powerful enough to aid its wearer while swimming. The choker has small barbs on the inside that dig into the skin and cause constant discomfort and often draw blood, which powers the innate anitech enchantments of the necklace.
