Imperial Halfling

Ghostwise halflings have a cultural obsession with their own.  A few tribes resisted the initial incursions of the Cavalieath Empire, but many were just as likely to join and claim the power of a bigger "tribe" to help.  The Imperial Elves were all too happy to have the service of a smaller, stealthy, and telepathic race, and put them to great use as spies, scouts, inquisitors, and assassins.  To this day the sight of a Ghostwise halfling still strikes fear into most hearts.
