Fauk'Ruung - circlet

This circlet, of dwarven design, was given to Faliskashad, the Drukish Jutun, who was prophesized to lead the Ashad tribe to the sweet waters beyond Vo'breck.  This circlet not only grants its wearer the power to blast the enemies of the Ashad, but allows the wearer to speak and understand goblinoid languages for diplomatic purposes.
When wearing the circlet, the bearer feels ill at ease, and almost repulsed by the circlet.  This protective charm was laid upon the magics of stone and earth to remind Faliskashad of his mortality and duty to his tribe, lest the power of his prophecy and gifts make him arrogant.
