Eel slick armor - armor

This leather armor, studded with fish scales and sea shells used to belong to Vaski'lial, a notorious coastal raider during the days of the Drogonstall Empire.  As a raider commander, the wearer can pull from the power of the armor to make their commands heard across a battlefield or raid.
The armor allows the bearer to swim as fast as a dolphin or eel, and with a wish can bear the wearer upward to the surface rapidly.
However, being used for raiding, whenever the armor is used or struck, the pain of the blow transfers to the wearer even if the actual blow does not.
