Decarim

Decarim sits as the largest city in the Northwest, and commands most of the land before the mountains and North of Volbrach run.  A true melting pot consisting of various races.  Over the last two centuries, Rock Gnomes have settled in the city in force, and formed enclaves and embedded themselves in the culture and power structures of the city.  Thus Decarim enjoys a variety of anitech functions not seen outside of Imperial Elven strongholds, usually with alternate power sources.
