Cloak of the Blood - cloak

The cloak is of obvious Empire make, and features scenes of elven dominance over dragons along the patterned hem.
An inlaid clasp bears the symbol of the Imperial Family, meaning this cloak was likely given to distant family members in order to keep them safe. The symbol is recognizable to almost all living people.
When worn, the cloak summons forth the guardian whispers of the Imperial Royal guard, impossible to see except out of the corner of your eye. However, their constant warnings increase your ability to react to danger.
