Asbu-E Namma Melam - cloak

This Melam of Tiamat was ripped from the heavens when Namma was torn asunder. Her fingers lashed out and clawed the sky, while the scraps of Marduuk fell to her earth body like bloody strips of star cloth.
Fashioned in this way by the old priests before the elves, these cloaks were said to have various properties and magical abilities. This is such a cloak. Wearing this cloak would mark one as an enemy to the followers of Marduuk and of his offspring. Beholden of star flesh and tanned with the brain waters of Tiamat, this cloak looks to defend its wearer, and is always watchful for danger.
The subterranean salt waters lick this cloak at all times, and its wearer will never be dry. Never fully wet, but never fully dry, smelling always of the ocean.
This cloak functions as a Cloak of the Manta Ray.
