This silver and crystal amulet has the carving of a dog in the center of it.
You may feed the amulet a magical item and gain a temporary stat boost based on the rarity of the item. The stat boosts last for 24 hours, or until the next long rest (whichever comes first).
Common: -1 to any stat
Uncommon: +1 to any stat
Rare: +2 to any stat
Very rare: +3 to any stat
Legendary: +4 to any stat
This is a cursed item: This amulet speaks in your mind constantly rambling, snarling, and asking to consume magical objects. If you use the amulet three or more times in 1 day a crystalline Fulminar appears from the amulet and demands that you hand over one of your attuned magical items. If you have no attuned items the Fulminar attacks you, the Fulminar doesn't die when it hits zero Hit Points, it just returns inside the amulet. You do not get XP from the encounter.
