Pocket of Many Mysteries

This pouch contains a bottomless amount of paper pieces inside of it. Once per day you may draw a slip of paper from the pouch. The slip is a riddle that leads you to a location, magical item, or similar structure. If you try to draw multiple pieces out from the pouch they will be blank. The DM determines what riddle he wants to give. You have a 5% chance to draw a blank piece. The riddles can refer to a place you have already been or something that you don't even know exists
