Plane Stepper's Sandals

These sandals allow for movement between the outer and astral planes. Laced with golden straps and dragon leather soles that shimmer in the daylight.
These sandals have 1d4 charges when found. As an action, you may expend a charge of the boots to travel to one of the outer or astral planes that you know of. The sandals regain all charges at the end of each long rest. There is a 10% chance that the sandals will fail and transport you to a plane of opposite alignment.
