Lamia Poisons and Potions
(The following is a list of lamia potions and poisons that adventurers can find inside of dungeons, in marketplaces, and the like.)
Lamia potions are of the best that you can find in the world, and their effects can vary greatly between the different poison masters. The following is a standard list of possible potions and poisons that can be found. This is not an extensive list and doesn't encompass all potion possibilities that the Lamias can make.

Scales Poison | 100 gp | 2 lbs | Any creature that consumes this poison must make a DC 15 Con save. On failure, they begin growing scales all over their body. The creature is afflicted with the poison status for one week. At the end of the week, the creature may repeat the saving throw. If the creature fails the saving throw 4 times in a row their body gets covered in scales, and they die. If they succeed twice in a row the effect of the poison ends. | Uncommon |
Greater Poison | 500 pp | 5 lbs | If you drink it, you take 6d8 poison damage, and you must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned. At the start of each of your turns while you are poisoned in this way, you take 6d8 poison damage. At the end of each of your turns, you can repeat the saving throw. On a successful save, the poison damage you take on your subsequent turns decreases by 1d8. The poison ends when the damage decreases to 0. | Very Rare |
Simple Poison | 10 gp | 0.5 lbs | A creature that drinks the poison takes 2d4poison damage, and you must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the next long rest. | Common |
Fey Master's Poison | 5000 pp | 1 lbs | Any Fey creature that consumes this poison dies immediately, their body begins to disintegrate as soon as the poison takes effect. A creature killed by this poison can only be resurrected by the Wish spell. Any non-fey creature that consumes this poison need to make a DC 15 Con save or take 3d8 poison and is poisoned until their next long rest. | Legendary |
Dragon Master's Poisons | 5000 pp | 1 lbs | Any Draconic creature that consumes this poison dies immediately, their body begins to disintegrate as soon as the poison takes effect. A creature killed by this poison can only be resurrected by the Wish spell. Any non-draconic creature that consumes this poison need to make a DC 15 Con save or take 3d8 poison and is poisoned until their next long rest. | Legendary |
Water Nymph Poisons | 750 gp | 3 lbs | Any creature that consumes this poison must succeed on a DC 15 Con save. On failure, the creature begins to throw up water and blood. The creature's body begins to liquefy. At the end of each of the creature's turns, they can repeat the saving throw. If the creature succeeds 2 times in a row the poison ends. If 10 rounds pass before the creature makes two consecutive successful saves They melt into a puddle of liquid, and can only be restored by the likes of greater restoration. | Rare |
Basic Lamia Poison | 250 gp | 1 lbs | A creature that consumes this poison takes 4d4 poison and 2d4 acid damage. Th8at creature needs to make a DC 10 saving throw, or they will slowly begin to transform into a snake. A creature that is transformed into a snake can be cured with remove curse, or restoration spells. | Uncommon |

That creature needs to make a DC 15 saving throw or be turned into a Giant Poisonous Snake. A transformed creature can be cured with remove curse, or greater restoration spells. | Rare |

Stabilized Healing Potion | 25 gp | 0.5 lbs | A creature that consumes or applies this potion regains 1d4+4 hit points. | Common |
Potion of Regeneration | 6000 gp | 3 lbs | A creature that drinks this potion regains 15 points of HP at the beginning of its turn. This effect lasts for 10 minutes and can temporarily resurrect a dead creature as long as it drank the potion before it died. The creature stays alive as long as the potion effect is active, but returns to death once the potion wears off. | Very Rare |
Sorcerer's Potion | 250 gp | 2.5 lbs | A creature that drinks this potion restores all of its sorcery points immediately. If a non-sorcerer creature drinks this potion, the magic starts to tear apart at its inside and disrupt its casting. For the next hour whenever a non-sorcerer casts a spell after drinking this potion makes a DC 15 Int save and takes 2d6 force damage. On failure the spell fails and the spell slot is expended, and they take another 2d4 force damage. | Uncommon |

They get Darkvision up to 60 feet, can detect traps and treasure up to 30 feet, and can speak read, and write two extra languages of their choice. | Rare |

Recall Potion | 450 gp | 2 lbs | A creature that consumes or applies this potion returns to the last place that they slept at, or their home/room if they haven't slept in the last 24 hours. | Uncommon |

This is here in order to stretch out the text boxes in the first column and to say that if you players can think of a potion, then the Lamias can probably make it. They are the best potion makers around. Finding someone with the appropriate skill for a legendary potion will probably be quite difficult, and most likely will require a quest as a payment. |
