An attuned creature grows harpy-like wings from their arms. They gain a flight speed of 30 feet. They gain darkvision up to 60 feet. If a Harpy is attuned to this item, their flight speed doubles, their talons deal an extra 2d6 slashing damage, and their darkvision now has a range of 180 feet.
Any harpy attuned to the item notices some sudden changes. The tips of their feathers shimmer with gold and silver, Their claws sharpen to razor blades and the plume pattern on their chest now incorporates a crown.
