Eye of Kings
This gold and jeweled eye has 1d4 charges on it when you find it. You may use an action on your turn to activate the eye, and cast dominate person or dominate creature on a creature you can see within 60 feet of you. The spell save DC is 18 when you cast the spell using the eye. The eye regains all charges after each long rest.
