You may expend 2 charges to cast Frost Fingers or Ice Knife at first level, you may expend 4 charges to cast Snilloc’s Snowball Swarm at second level.   -Your unarmed attacks deal 1d4+spell casting mod cold damage.   At the end of each long rest, the glove restores 1d8 charges.   (Charisma is your spellcasting modifier the spells given by the gloves.)
