General Pepe Furffluff
Pepe is now a general in the LBF and Kitty Rebellion Army and commands the 216th regiment.
When Pepe was a kitten, a cat named Fluffy found Pepe in a present on His doorstep. Fluffy adopted the kitten and named him Pepe. Fluffy wanted to become a famous cat food chef unlike the rest of the family. Most of the family were in the Catopia military. Now a father, fluffy raised Pepe. Fluffy worked at Fishybees’ and eventually became the head chief. Fluffy taught Pepe how to cook. When Pepe got older, he started getting interested in the military from uncle Scruffy who served in the Catopia Navy. When Catopia erupted into conflict Pepe’s family who were in the military joined the fight for the Catopia Royal Army. Pepe and much of his family didn't like everything the government was doing, but they believed it could be reformed and were not supportive to some of the more radical ideas of Mason's Rebellion. Pepe served as a cook in the army due to his culinary experience. He then went to a military academy but the war was soon over. After Mason won the war, Pepe, Fluffy, and the rest of Pepe’s family moved out of Catopolis into more rural area to avoid constant harsh rule from the Meow Order. Pepe’s family did not like Mason ruling Catopia. Pepe started going to secret meetings with Mason’s opposers. There he met Bill in 2017. Pepe and Bill became friends and visited each other once in a while. When the kitty rebellion formed Bill and Pepe were thrown together in the Battle of Foodsburg. Pepe also met Buttercup in this initial uprising. Ever since, Pepe has proven to be an amazing soldier and leader which has given him many promotions all the way up to General. Pepe has commanded and served in many battles in the Cat Wars.
