Telling Time in Lashunta
Castrovel has a day-cycle roughly equal in length to Golarion and Earth’s. Where accurate time-keeping is needed - mainly only in the cities, the Lashunta divide it into eighteen ‘dautha’ (belltides; hours), roughly 80 minutes long.

- Aeuvaeatha - Foredawn. Also called Mirryri - Lastwatch
- Uvaeatha - Dawntide. Also called Dae-Viri - First Bell
- Zhauvaeatha - After-dawntide. Also called Dae-Soari - Nextbell
- Uvaremnatha - Mid-morntide. Also called Dae-Zairi - Third Bell
- Aerenyatha - Forenoon. Also called Dae-Hairi - Fourth Bell
- Remnyatha - Midday; noon. Also called Daeandremni - Midday Bell
- Zarenyatha - Afternoon. Also called Dae-Taliri - Sixth Bell
- Uzautha - Slumbertide; siesta (It’s a tropical world. Nobody’s doing much when the temp is over 100F and 80-90% humidity). Also called Dae-Ealiri - Seventh Bell
- Zauzautha - After-slumbertide. Also called Dae-Esiri - Eighth Bell
- Aenyatha - Fore-eve. Also called Dae-Iliri - Ninth Bell
- Nyathi - Eve-tide. Also called Dae-Simiri - Tenth Bell
