The Arbiter

(a.k.a. The Judge)

The final judgement. The Arbiter is the one who decide where the soul goes when the body dies. It has no personality to speak of, and is completely emotionless. It hunts anything that isn't truly alive like the undead, and is also the guardian of the prime material plane.
