House Tinney is all about buying up other peoples inventions slapping a patent on it and rebranding it as his own. That is how he owns the patent for the Glow Bulb, and is famous for saying that "His team of inventors invented it!". He made the original inventor sign an NDA never to speak of the bulb again.
