In your world, it is about a generation into the twenty-first century named for a religious figure you named the Christ. Many events of your world, many ideas, are recognizable to us.   In our world, it is 3229 Anno Mirabilis, over three millennia since the Year of Miracles. The miracle wherein Blessed Prometheus, the arch-trickster, the Martyred God...our God of Forethought...led us from the morass that you deemed the Bronze Age Collapse.   It is my task, assigned by the Pontifex Maximus and funded by all Patrician Clans, to illuminate for the observer the entirety of this realm of which I am a citizen.
