Orsus Wendham

The Harbormaster
Orsus Wendham is a master shipwright and Harbormaster of the Waywere High Docks. He is Verulin and a native of Fladdock. Wendham served briefly as a commander in the Higale Navy, but he found himself on the wrong side of too many campaigns. Once a loyal Ionnar, Orsus now rejects the Lion’s Keep and all they stand for, often publicly and with great conviction. He has lately fallen under the spell of Casamere Siu, a young seductress from Tiris, and they often conspire to sail far away and abandon the stormy city of Meere.
