Cäcilia Miter

Stern and bluff, and unusually capable with a knife, prelate Cäcilia Miter is the Bishop of LeBâton. She secretly commands a splinter group called the “Storm’s Eye,” all but banished from the Burning Tower but gaining strength in LaForêt and parts south. The Pontiff will not openly acknowledge the existence of the Storm’s Eye, but privately he struggles to prevent them from overthrowing the church, often making attempts on Cäcilia Miter’s life. Cäcilia could summon a force of zealots to almost any cause, especially if it included an attack on the Burning Tower, and she currently plots with Lowan LaForêt to wage a campaign in the North.
