The dragon birds are large birds, with a wing span of 4 meters.
Ecology and Habitats
The birds can be found all over Ariabon, but specialy around the Staerdall Citadel. But those birds are tamed animals.
Dietary Needs and Habits
A dragon bird, eats smaller birds, except the white ravens, and bats. But also smaller animals on the ground.

Domestication
The dragon birds were discovered by the Mystic's when they came to Ariabon. The birds back then where bigger, but allowed the magic users to came closer. Specially when they discovered, that those men and women carried food. A mother lead them towards her nest with four chicks, the magic users fed the chicks, and they became the first tamed Dragon birds.
Average Intelligence
Dragon birds are very clever birds, they chose their raiders. Not the other way around, when they have chosen their raiders they bond with them for life.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
The Dragon birds can fly really fast, reaching 950 km/h. By flying this fast through the clouds the feathers can hold on to static electricity, which they can release at will.
