International Council

The International Council is comprised of one representative from each globally recognized governing body and exists in order to make fair and just decisions for the world's nations as a whole. It is held in the sovereign city-state of Sycia on a bi-annual basis, during the Summer and Winter solstices.
The symbol for the International Council is a golden pyramid.
