Lee Perkins
Lee Perkins is minor noble from Waterdeep. Lee comes from a family of vitners who own land north of the city and distribute their wine throughout the Sword Coast. He is childhood friends with Sir Edward Albert Rupert Norbert, having grown up together in the North Ward.
Lee is also a member of the Order of the Silver Eye, where he spends most of his time gambling at high stakes tables.
