First Reader

The First Reader is a member of The Avowed and the primary person responsible for expanding Candlekeep's collection. Where the Great Readers earmark materials for the library's general collection, the First Reader is tasked with acquiring unique and rare books and scrolls for the collection (though the two consistently work together to identify future materials).
