Conrad Oster
Conrad Oster is a reporter for the Waterdeep Wazoo. His primary beat is Waterdavian politics but he took a special interested in the Yellowcrest Manor murders and has made it his pet project. He believes that the Yellowcrest family was murdered by a cult that previously terrorized Waterdeep twenty years ago. This cult, which he believes is also connected to the Lords of Waterdeep, used the Yellowcrest murders as a prelude to a larger event. This larger event has not occurred. Conrad also doesn't have much concrete evidence to suggest these events, however he talks about it often and believes the Lords of Waterdeep are watching him.
