Affie Slocum
Affie Slocum ia an elven adventurer in the Sword Coast. In his younger days he lived a typical adventurer's life - saving people, hunting villains, etc. But his real claim to fame was during the Time of Troubles, where he and several other adventurers rescued Luna (the avatar of Selûne) when she was abducted by Shar. His deeds from this time have become more myth than legend, but his actions made him famous in Waterdeep. He also famously went to the Far Realm and survived. He was tightlipped about the experience, though the physical repercussions stayed with him - Slocum's hair turned a shocking white and he bore scars along his chest and neck that got deeper over time.
When he retired, he moved to the Castle Ward of Waterdeep, dedicating his life to humanitarian efforts.
