The sleepy Tressmer river is the most languid river in the whole of the Basin. Formed from innumerable springs and mountain streams, these slowly coalesce into a proper river and make their way at an almost leisurely pace to the Silver River and then to the Loch. There are no rapids here, but the river is deep enough in most places that it serves as a natural boundary between The Reach and the
Kingdom of the Spur, though it is fordable in one location.
