Blade Commander

A Blade Commander is the title given to an officer in the Order of the Blades. He or she is in charge of several Blades' units or perhaps a fort or similar. The Blade Commander reports to his or her Blade Lord.

Qualifications

The position of Blade Commander is one of merit in virtually every instance. These individuals have shown that they can lead competently and can manage a military stronghold or group of units.

Duties

A Blade Commander is in charge of several Blades' squads and teams and is often in charge of a military stronghold such as a fort.

A Blade Commander receives a badge of his or her office.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Removal or dismissal is rare, but it has happened, almost always for incompetence in the position or indiscretions.
