Blade Lord

Blade Lord is the title given to the heads of each country's military within the Commonwealth. This is often a family member, if not the heir, to each of the kingdoms. It is expected that when that country's turn rolls around as Head, this person will become the new Grand Bladelord.

Qualifications

This person should have great military skill, but ultimately, each king or queen appoints this position for his or her country.

Appointment

This position is appointed by each king or queen of their country.

Duties

The Blade Lord is in charge of managing and leading his or her country's military for the good of the Commonwealth. This position reports directly to the Grand Bladelord who oversees all of the Commonwealth's military.

Benefits

The benefits of this rank are far-ranging as this person is the head of a country's entire military.

Blade Lords receive nothing special besides a badge of their rank.
