High Lord Guardian

This is the highest title of the Vienaran Sect, because they fancy themselves as protectors of the region. They're not, more like jailers or slavers. But this is how they viewed themselves when they gave the name.
This person is most likely Desree Kozur and before her it was a lot more of a simple title than something she wielded but here we are. She's definitely made the title into something a lot more than what it used to be. At least, not for a while.
They used to have a special robe for this person for the execution of their duties, but since Desree took over she's turned it into something a bit more like a secret position. Where before the High Guardian was the one person of the organization who everyone could recognize on sight (within the organization, at least), now she looks like everyone and they have no idea who she could be.
She definitely started the thing looking for a payday and now she's come fully over into the idea that these people need her to protect them. That the T'Vienor Expanse won't survive without her actions. She has in the past sold off precious artifacts, and like a lot of her predecessors used the expanse as a space for storing random valuables that people pay to keep off the beaten path.
Which is a hallmark of the position, deciding who can and can't come into the expanse, what stuff can stay there, and how much money they charge for the ability to store stuff there.
If the guardian allows someone in who's not supposed to be there, it can mean assassination or otherwise something that would ruin their life.
