Fo Rexeth Hoidlear
"Fo" being his title as a high captain in the Gatrelix fleet, however small it might be. Rexeth Hoidlear is stubborn, brutally honest, and has a particularly flat forehead from many duels fought in the way of his people. His narrowed eyes show how much he trusts you.
Voice: I think an Irish accent might work for the Gatrelix, and he can have a nice deep voice. So to speak.
Knows: that Starfleet took his people's artifact, probably, and he's going to get it back. Nothing else about the effects because it doesn't do these things to the Gatrelix at all.
Ally? Will be a bit more friendly if he feels you're being honest.
Enemy? Keeping the artifact from him and attempting to hide that fact, or hide something about why they have it in the first place.
Choices: Honesty is the best policy. He's a lot friendlier to the Federation than most of his people but he's still not sold, so he doesn't want to hurt you and does kind of get that they have different worldviews, but also he wants his stuff back.

If you fight them, you're probably going to have to work harder not to shoot them down. Specifically, his ship is a larger one, with a lot more upgrades compared to the rest. This is their prototype. Not really a flagship, but more of a test run. Most of the crew are rather more reckless and adventurous than most. His ship's name is the Kethix (which means broad artillery)
