Lt Commander Anmer-Kelle

The chief engineer of the USS October, Lt Commander Anmer-Kelle is a Grazerite (see Alpha Quadrant sourcebook pg 79). They're generally quite peaceful people so Anmer-Kelle has some ongoing issues with the security staff.
Generally speaking he has a fairly reasonable personality, and spends a lot of his time working on the engines and getting into the guts of it. Pretty hands on guy but sticks to the parts that he knows. Perfectly willing to delegate as necessary for the specialized jobs that he's not as good at.
He likes Velik for his work ethic. Dislikes Moga for having smashed up one of the shuttles on the way back to the ship.
